Astral Threads: Untangle Stars is a general-audience puzzle game. It is not directed to children.

Local game data

The game uses Save v4 to keep progress, preferences, and game settings stored locally on your device. Astral Threads does not provide cross-platform restoration or cloud sync for this local game data.

The game does not require an account, email address, or login. We do not ask for your name, password, contacts, location, photos, microphone, or payment-card details.

Purchases and restoration

Premium is a one-time purchase handled by Apple or Google. Apple ownership is associated with your Apple Account, and Google ownership is associated with your Google Account. Use Restore Purchases on the same platform to ask the native store to restore a previous purchase. Purchases do not transfer between Apple and Google platforms.

Apple and Google process store transactions under their own terms and privacy practices. Astral Threads does not receive your full payment information.

Advertising and consent

The free game can show interstitial ads through AdMob. Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) presents consent choices where required. Ads are requested as non-personalized ads by default. Google and its advertising services may process device, app, and network information to provide ads, consent choices, fraud prevention, and related services under their policies.

We do not use ad mediation in the game. Premium removes ads.

Analytics

Astral Threads does not include a product-analytics SDK, analytics prompt, or analytics toggle. This site also has no analytics or tracking scripts.

Support messages

If you contact us, we receive the email address, message, and any details you choose to send. We use this information only to respond to your request, troubleshoot the game, or handle a privacy or deletion request. We retain support messages only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, then delete them unless a longer retention period is required by law.
